Every Zenpelo order ships free — no minimum order required, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number within 2–3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package in real time at 17track.net or directly through your local postal service.
Customs and Import Duties
Zenpelo ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Most orders arrive with no additional customs fees. However, some countries may apply import duties depending on local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies if you have concerns.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@zenpelo.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
