If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. You do not need to return the product.


Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@zenpelo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you.


Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@zenpelo.com and we will send the correct item right away or refund you in full.


How to request a refund
Email us at hello@zenpelo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.


Exceptions
Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside this window unless the item is defective.
