Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum required.


Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery times
We ship internationally from our fulfilment centre. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
— United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–20 business days
— Europe: 10–20 business days
— Rest of world: 12–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods such as holidays.


Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Customs and import duties
Zenpelo ships internationally and is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@zenpelo.com and we will investigate immediately and make it right.
